Brain Injury Recovery Outcomes
Our Brain Injury Program treated 267 patients in 2024:
Sixty percent of brain injury patients were male and 40% were female with an average age of 55. Brain injury patients stayed at Neilsen Rehabilitation Hospital for an average of 18.3 days and spent 3.4 hours a day in therapy.
Our brain injury patients exceed rehabilitation expectations in our program—95% of patients were back in the comfort of their home after 90 days of hospital discharge.
Spinal Cord Injury Treatment Outcomes
Our Spinal Cord Injury Program treated 155 patients in 2024:
Sixty percent of patients were male and 40% were female with an average age of 54. Spinal cord injury patients stayed at Neilsen Rehabilitation Hospital for an average of 30 days and spent 3.4 hours a day in therapy.
Our patients thrive after spinal cord injury rehabilitation—85% of patients were back in the comfort of their home after 90 days of hospital discharge.
Stroke Treatment Outcomes
Our Stroke Recovery Program treated 255 patients in 2024. Fifty-seven percent of patients were male and 43% were female with an average age of 65. Stroke patients stayed at Neilsen Rehabilitation Hospital for an average of 18.4 days and spent 3.4 hours a day in therapy.
